Sometimes a man needs to get a few things off of his chest.  You know, reveal truth and confess what has been on his mind.  For the past several weeks, even months, I have been part of a group that has been developing a conspiracy.  We phoned, emailed and otherwise communicated in such a manner as to evade the object of our cleverly devised plan.

Although there were some relatively close calls we were confident of success.  It all started with harmless call to my brother-in-law to "toss the idea around".  We tossed briefly and allowed things to simmer (I know I'm mixing metaphors here).  The idea then grew in breadth and in probability.  Soon I was on the phone with my parents and brother who live just north of Bellingham in Abbotsford, B.C., Canada.  The goal of our conspiracy was simple, surprise my sister for her 30th birthday.

My brother was happy to be our decoy and go out to visit her (she lives in Cincinnati) for a few days immediately preceding our surprise visit.  My parents demonstrated a spirit of adventure decades younger than their years boarding a plane for the first time since I was a twinkle in my father's eye. Mostly by sheer luck we managed to book flights that allowed us to meet at the airport, my brother leaving and us arriving.  She still had zero idea that we were there.

The reaction was worth every penny spent and every mile travelled.  We had conspired to surprise and love her and it worked!  The drive to her house was a party all the way.

On an infinitely grander scale is the conspiracy God has put together to love on us.  We didn't expect or deserve it and yet He willingly and lovingly bent over backwards to demonstrate his love and grace toward us.

"You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.  Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, although for a good man someone might possibly dare to die.  But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:  While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."  Romans 5:6-8

I am amazed by the fact that God chose to love us far before we were lovely.  It doesn't really make a lot of sense when we compare it with our human relationships.  We are drawn to those who are drawn to us almost without fail and yet God was drawn to us when we were pulling away.  I want to encourage you to remember how much Jesus went through to demonstrate his love for you.  The easter season is nearly over as we approach Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday, don't let the moment slide by without responding to God's conspiracy to love you!

Be filled with His grace and truth!

I'm pulling for you,

Pastor Tim

Sometimes Office 2010, in Windows Vista using Office2007/2003 to Microsoft Office open the Microsoft Office 2010 original article written by a lot of fonts Office 2007 can not display properly: the italics and somehow Microsoft Office 2010 Professional change the text in italics, the article spacing increases, and the layout is also an error Acrobat 9, originally shown on this page change to the next page Microsoft Office 2007 of text for no reason, how Microsoft Project Professional 2010 is this going on. Tips 1: Use a good Document Map If the long title of the document built, the Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Student directory structure of the Adobe reader style, you can in the use of "Document Map" feature for fast browsing and jump, but the default settings of the feature has not Office 2007 Professional been enabled Microsoft Project 2010, you can "View → Document Microsoft Visio Professional 2010 Structure map "sub-menu, select" Left "or" keep right "display the document structure diagram. This Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business is to select "Left" in effect Office 2007 Ultimate, need to see a long document, the contents of a chapter, directly select the chart in the document Microsoft Visio 2010, and then the right side of the window will automatically display Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student relevant content, the default will show all levels, if you are feel that this is Adobe Acrobat too messy, you can click the Project 2010 "Show Level" button from the drop-down menu, select the need to show the level, and then immediately enter into force, can Visio 2010 be said to be very convenient Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional.
