We are Students of the Word. At WayPoint we believe that the Bible is God’s instruction book to us. We encourage everyone--young and old--to become a student of God’s Word. In addition to Sunday School and the sermon time on Sunday we provide a variety of Bible studies throughout the week. There is something for everyone. Come discover what God’s Word has to teach you!
We are Body Builders. Another name the Bible gives for the Church is the Body of Christ. The Church is God’s physical body on earth. Each person who has made Jesus #1 in their life and has come under His grace and authority is a member of that body. We believe that the Church is at its best when everyone uses their gifts and works as a team. Come join our team!
We are Community Caretakers. We don’t think Jesus was joking when he said, "Love your neighbor." That’s why at WayPoint we are looking for ways to love our neighbors with service and friendship. Help us make a difference to our neighbors on the Key Peninsula.
We are Missions Minded. We take the Great Commission very seriously at WayPoint. Jesus told us in Matthew that we are to go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. That’s why we support several full-time missionaries around the world. We also send out short-term mission trips throughout the year. Come be a part of telling the world about Jesus!
We are A Family. Jesus also commanded us to love one another. At WayPoint we are a family, a group of people united in Spirit and Truth. Like all families we are made up of imperfect people, but we strive to encourage each other and live at peace with each other. At WayPoint we strive to build relationships, encourage each other and help in practical ways. There is a place in our family for you!
